You can order a full rack of either Baby Back or St. Louis style Spare Ribs. A full rack is typically 8-10 bones.

Our Pulled Pork tray has 15-20 servings.  Includes a pack of (12) buns and a bottle of sauce.


Beef

Whole Brisket

Angus choice. Minimum 12lbs. prior to cooking.
Slow smoked over hickory wood.

Tri-Tip

A customer favorite and BBQ staple.  Smoked and reverse seared over high flame. One order has 4-5 servings.

Ground beef sliders with bacon, cheese and onions. Sloppy Joe style.
